Who Can Be Tested?
Currently, we are providing the test by appointment only to those who are free of COVID-19 symptoms, including fever, cough, and difficulty breathing. This test is best suited for people looking to confirm they are free of the virus ahead of travel or getting back to work.
Process
At The Solution, we are doing everything possible to make your experience as safe, pleasant, and convenient as possible.
ARRIVE
Once you arrive at our facility, you will be checked in at the Front Desk.
All clients are requested to wear a mask and practice social distancing.
PREPARE
Skip the lobby: after checking in, you will be immediately taken to a private room. All surfaces are cleaned with medical grade cleaning supplies after each visit.
TEST
Our medical staff will perform a cheek swab.
The process normally takes just a few minutes.
RESULTS
You will receive your test results in 24 – 48 hours via email!

How long does it take to get my results?
The expected turnaround time is 24 – 48 hours, from the date of receipt at the laboratory.
Are the tests FDA-approved?
These tests have been authorized by the FDA under an Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) for use by authorized laboratories.
Can I trust this PCR test?
The accuracy of a lab test is measured in “sensitivity” and “specificity”. Sensitivity is the test’s ability to correctly identify those with active COVID infection and specificity is the test’s ability to identify those without the COVID infection. According to independent studies, the test provided by Hologic has a sensitivity of 100% and a specificity of 100% making it the most accurate COVID-19 PCR test currently available.
How is the Antibody Test different from the COVID-19 PCR Test?
The molecular COVID-19 test is a PCR test used to detect the direct presence of COVID-19.
The antibody serology test detects the body’s immune response to the infection caused by the COVID-19 virus, rather than detecting the virus itself. Antibodies are produced by the immune system after a minimum of 7 days post infection and remain positive long after the infection. Therefore, the antibody test can be used to detect a past infection with COVID-19 regardless of whether the customer had ever experienced symptoms or not.
